AM/DM - HR Business Partner - Media

Asst Manager- HR (Business HR role) only from Sales Business HR role.

- Responsible to support Zone Head- North HR for media business

- Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Engagement.

- MIS and Reports

- Liasioning with all stakeholders

- Responsible for on-boarding of new joiners by ensuring the documentation, induction, liasioning for admin and
IT requirements

- Driving Employee Engagement initiatives on weekly basis

- Planning and organizing employee recognition program on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Maintaining the leave and attendance database

- Ensuring smooth exit of the resigned associates

- Maintaining a training database, collation of feedback and training records

- Analyzing attrition, productivity and other metrics to make HR dashboard

Job Specifications :

- MBA-HR from good B-school with at least 3 years of post MBA experience in Generalist or business HR
