AM/DM - Financial Planning & Analysis - Telecom

Urgent opening with a leading telecom company for Financial Planning and analysis for Bihar location.

Position : Financial Planning and analysis

Designation : AM / DM

Location : North east

Education Qualification: CA final

CTC : 8 to 12 Lacs

Candidates are preferred from Telecom sector from FPNA profile, Handling forecasting and Budgeting.

Job responsibilities :

- Review budgets/ forecasts Distribute top-down challenges across departments

- Notify BU's / Departments to submit B/F

- Review the detailed budget/forecast before submitting it to the HoF/Corporate

- Guide the planning team in developing the budgets/forecasts

- Track actual vs. planned/budgeted and initiate remedial actions

- Management Reporting Review all management report prepared by the team before submitting it to corporate

- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to Corporate

- Prepared reviews presentations for the HoF

- Development of Competitor Aanalysis

- Performance Monitoring Help the HoF gauge the health of circle operations by providing timely and accurate reports on profitability, growth and competition

- Monitor cost and drive initiatives to reduce costs

- Business Partnering Work with other departments/Region/Corporate as a business partner and help them take decisions that are favorable to the overall financial performance of the circle

- Understand and analyze industry dynamics, competitor actions and regulatory changes to provide timely inputs in decision making

- Developmental Work with other circles and corporate in developing financial planning and budgeting policies and procedures

- Guide and mentor the planning and analysis team

- Leadership and Team building Lead the FP&A team at the circle level and groom the team for highest level performance

- Perform teams appraisals

- Perform other managerial tasks such as approve leaves and expenses

- Communication Communicate the performance of each department with the department head

- Communicate overall performance analysis with HoF and CEO
