Position Title: Asst Manager/Deputy Mgr	  Department: Business Operations	 		 Job Specification	  - Ensuring timely completion for a smooth & efficient work flow in Sales Accounting (i.e Post Print confirmation, Billing).   - MIS reports followup for tracking and timely action based on them.Helping Regional Buss Ops Manager with inputs on Collections etc as assigned from time to time.			  Key Result Area:  - Responsible for Invoicing & Accounting of the West Region and coordinating   - Taking care of costing and adherence to compliance on pricing.  - MIS for sales accounting.   - DPCR & Scheduling Support	 		 Skill Set Requirement (competency):  - Working Knowledge of Accounting and Billing Software.   - Financial & accounting knowledge etc.	 		 Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or ICWA/CA(Inter) or MBA (Finance)	 		 Experience: Quality & Quantity	  - Ideally a Sales Accounting person from a reputed Media /Service Company with work experience not less than 2-3 years.	 		 Key Internal Contacts: Sales Department, Internal OMS Finance & Accounts Departments in regions etc.	  Key External Contacts: Clients & Agencies Finance departments 	  Preferences / Constraints, if any (Industry/ Skills/ Institute): Person from Media Background would be preferred.
