Our client is one of the leading Global MNC in Manufacturing / Consumer Industry and we are hiring for its Shared Services Centre based Bangalore.

Client has presence all over the globe with multiple product lines, client is in Top 5 Ranking globally in its product & category.

Work Exp Required: 2Yrs to 6Yrs

Key Job Profile:-

1. HR Policy & Framework

Working with senior HR & Business leaders for structure of compensation within the policy framework.

2. HR Compliances

Fair exposure to latest Labour laws & statutory compliance.

3. HR / Employee Benefits

Responsible for reviewing & assessing the benefit programs.

4. HR Projects (Multi HR Projects)

5. Compensation

Following areas, we are looking at candidate's expertise:-

5 years of overall experience in HR especially in policy formulation implementation and allied domains.

Fair exposure to statutory compliances, labor laws, and HR compliance.

Strong project / program management skills & experience in Rewards & Benefits Vendor Management.

Ability to influence decision making at the leadership levels.

Superior collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders.

Strong consulting skills with the business.
