AM/DM - Executive Assistant to DGM - Banking/Capex & Secretarial Compliance

Currently, we are handling assignment for Executive Assistant to DGM - Banking, Capex & Secretarial Compliance. which will be equal to Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager role.Following are the responsibilities :

- Liaison and coordinate with Banks for bank guarantee, Credit Monitoring Adjustment, Mortgage.

- Have done project funding, fund raising activities

- Prepare MIS of Capex

- Bank reconciliation

- Review of annual budget

Desired Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Should have dealt with multiple banks for raising funds, Must have assisted Sr. management person.

- MBA in Finance (Full time)

- Who are assisting VP/CFO/MD
