Currently working on a Specialist Employee Engagement/ Communication role for a Financial Services organization based in Mumbai
Key role :
- Conduct the Employee satisfaction survey in partnership with consultant and work towards implementing the identified action plan
- Execute the activities within the Rewards and Recognition framework
- Circulation of monthly employee engagement and communication calendar and adherence of same
- Adherence of Communication plan and releasing the HR Newsletter, Monthly Business Update etc, organizing leadership webcast, town halls etc and closure of employee queries received
- Conducting flash surveys to get feedback on HR initiatives and Analysis of the feedback received
- Responsible for marketing and branding campaigns for key HR initiatives in the regions
- Implementation of BPMS project
- Administration on Learning Management system, taking out reports, doing analysis, driving completion of online training by employees
- Training need identification
This is an IC role, reporting to National Manager- HR. Full time MBA HR with relevant exp may apply.
