AM/DM - Direct Taxation/Transfer Pricing - FMCG/FMCD

We have an urgent role with a leading consumer durable group (Fortune 500) at Gurgaon.

Role : AM/DM - Taxation

Someone who has knowledge of Transfer Pricing

Profile :

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION :

- To ensure compliance of Tax provisions & utilizing rules in the best interest of the organization

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES :

Taxation :

- Responsible for making calculation of income tax /deferred tax payments monthly/quarterly

- Responsible for payment of TDS, Advance Tax

- Conducting tax audit, internal audit.

- Ensure Filing of TDS Return, Annual Income Tax Return is done on time

- Preparation of Details of Assessments

- Attending of Assessment Proceeding

- Preparation and filing of Appeal before CIT(A)/Tribunal and High Court

- Evaluating the recent amendments, decisions of appellate authorities to mitigate the tax risk, to put strong argument before the pending proceedings against the company

- Support in preparing and circulating tax related Highlights / Circulars and Notifications

- Getting Transfer Pricing Study Report, Certificate and Assessment done

- Drafting of legal submission, appeals with grounds & statement of facts, preparation of paper books

- Briefing the Counsel on Company's matters under litigation

- Responding to the various notices issued by the income tax department

- Coordinating with statutory auditor, internal auditor for various matters of income tax

- Preparing MIS reports related to Taxation for management review.
