AM/DM - Dealer Development - Automotive

1) Identification of potential locations/ existing dealers/ new candidates for expansion.

2) Issuance of LOI to select candidates, monitoring the progress & ensure timely activation.

3) Monitoring network performance in terms of sales, service, infrastructure gaps and compliance to Company policies .

4) Up gradation of Sales branches into billing points.

5) Monitoring Dealer performance and reviewing them, if required.

6) Facilitation of relocation of existing dealer facilities if required.

7) Assist Dealer in facility development like, CI, SI, Layouts, design material usage across India.

6) Preparation of various MIS and Survey reports [ DEP/DSS] and presentations for Management.

7) Conduct activities such as new dealer induction program, next gen trip, new dealer Korea trip, platinum club meet etc .

Education: BE/MBA

Candidate must be from Automotive industry.
