Appointment of Dealers.
- Survey the potential areas for sales,
- Monitor the work progress of appointed dealers,
- Evaluation of the Dealership,
- Ensure completion of project with respect to layout plan & design
- Planning and organizing Customer Meets at dealerships, etc.
- Scouting, short listing, appointing Dealers in cities for expansion and activating Dealer
- Handling the Dealer Development process from beginning phase till the inaugural phase, on the guidelines of the company, so as to maintain the Cooperate identity of the Company.
- Identification of the location for the dealerships as per the company guidelines in the assigned area.
- Generation of Dealer codes for their business operations and effective working.
- To help dealers in recruitment for efficient and effective manpower.
- Organizing Product training to the Dealer (Dealer principle) sales managers, workshop managers and technician.
- Coordinate with approved vendors of the company for various CD/CI elements like furniture, POS, equipments etc
