Position- Accounts Payable (Construction Accounting Team)

Designation - AM/DM

No of Years of Experience- 5-6Years

Qualification - Semi Qualified CA/ B.Com, MBA with Decent Interpersonal Skills.

Budget - 10- 12 LPA

Job Location - Gateway Tower, Gurgaon

- Maintaining statutory books of accounts and financial statements in compliance with IND AS/ Companies Act

- Preparation of financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c., Age-Wise Accounts Payables

- Preparation Accrual Schedules, Receivables & Payables Accounting, GL Accounting including Fixed Assets Accounting & and proper maintenance of FAR

- Making payment for Imports, consultancy payments in foreign exchange, LC, BG, Banking, GST, Balance Sheet Finalization, Working Capital/ Cash Flow Management

- Monthly closure of Books of account and submission of MIS thereof

- Support for statutory and internal audit; regularly monitoring banks, vendors, contractors' reconciliations

- Ensuring Vendor/ Contractors payments as per SOP in the pre-defined timelines

- Maintenance of tracker for Invoices
