Assistant Manager - Direct Sales

Client : A leading TELECOM Company.

Location : Indore ( Madhya Pradesh)

Level : Assistant Manager ( Sales) , direct sales .

CTC : 9-15 LPA

- MBA from a top B School with exposure to direct SALES in Banking , Insurance or financial institutions.

- Someone with extensive direct sales experience will be preffered , it a strategic profile sitting at circle office

Job Description :

- Formulates distribution strategy and norms, deploys the same driving zonal teams, brings rigours in micro planning and reviews for various distribution KPIs,

- First person responsible for achievement of distribution KPI targets for circle, facilitates timely reviews on distribution..

- Formulates strategy to build trade equity and strengthen trade engagements

- Formulation and deployment of reward and recognition programs

- Guides and coaches Zonal teams on territory strategy and tactics and is responsible for Sales team’s and Channel Partner trainings n inductions.

- Responsible for driving Channel and its manpower productivity for the respective verticals

- Ensuring Distribution norms are adhered to in, end to end Channel Partner management

- Handle Non NAC S&D Budget efficiently

1. Achieve distribution KPIs AOP

- Target setting at the Channel Partner level

- Daily Dash board and follow-up with Zonal teams.

2. Preparing the Non S&D Budget planning / approval

- Coordinating taking the Sign off of Non GAC S&D as per the AOP,

3. Trade Scheme planning / Trade equity

- Tracking competition dimensioning

- Running trade engagement plans

4. Deliver new area/town launch objectives in coordination zonal team

- Formulating distribution strategy

- Formulating distribution KPIs of launch

- Maintain New town launch activity trackers as per process

5. Direct sales verticals - To run R&R and incentives programs

6. Training for CPs and its manpower; Achieve budgets on training man hrs and on the job coaching work withs

- To identify training needs, develop training n induction modules as per dynamic business requirements and conduct training programs across zones..
