Our client is a leading Retail Giant headquartered in an International Location.

Position - Assistant Manager

Job Location - Pune.

Education- BE/BTech (Preferred)/Other Masters

Responsibilities :

- Experience in R and Retail Domain work experience is mandatory.

- Should have hands on experience in BUILDING statistical models.

- Conduct advanced statistical analysis.Execute a variety of statistical and Data mining techniques including Time Series, Clustering techniques, Random Forest, Decision trees, factor analysis etc.

- Experience in Machine Learning Algorithms & Unsupervised Algorithms

- Recommend and explain analytical techniques, both Data Mining and SQL based, appropriate for CRM & Marketing.

- Train,coach and work with our International Markets on advanced statistical and data mining procedures.

Skills :

- Hands on experience in BUILDING statistical models.

- Almost 5+ Years of working experience with an company preferably in retail, wholesale or Consumer Goods background

- Having experience of Machine Learning algorithms a big plus.

-Team Handling experience is preferred.

- Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL and R (Mandatory)
