JOB PROFILE :-

- Preparing operating plans for the units and delivering against targets

- Establishing a strong network of dealers/contractors/industrial customers,

- Liaison with distribution and ensuring adequate levels of service

- Planning and directing sales efforts-execute discounts, credit policy, production promotion. Etc.

- Scheme planning and execution

- Demand planning

- Ensuring all statutory compliances for the Unit

- Leading the team in an effective manner. To keep the morale of the team in top gear and see to it that no member of the team is working under tension.

- Ensuring growth for his Unit and organization
