We have an opportunity for the role of Asst Manager -Comp & Ben for a Leading Logistics company in India:-
Key Deliverables
- Structure compensation and benefits
- Evaluate competitor compensation and benefits program and accordingly make recommendations
- Annual market evaluation: benchmarking and analysis; make recommendations for pay changes and provide recommendations for setting annual salary budgets
- Provide analysis, evaluation and implementation of new or existing incentive & benefits plans
- Disciplinary Actions – Issue letters, review actions
- Handle the Performance Management System and ensure the timelines are adhered as per the PMS guidelines each cycle
Functional Competencies
- Desirable - Hands on experience in handling Compensation and Benefits
- Desirable to have hands on experience Performance Management system
- Should have involved in compensation benchmarking exercises
- Should be able to read through the survey reports
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Efficiency in working with spreadsheets and presentations
Education - MBA (HR)
Candidates from Good B schools having 3+ yrs in core compensation & benefits (depending on the B school) may apply for the said role.
