AM - Commercial Finance - MIS

Position: AM - Commercial Finance (Intermediaries)

Job Responsibilities:

- Gain sound business knowledge and support the business in generation / designing of MI that would meet stakeholder requirements

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MI by self and the team.

- Measure and track the KPIs and SLA performance of the team regularly and provide adequate feedback

- Provide full support to the Senior Manager - Commercial Finance to enable him/her in the migration of new roles to Mumbai

- Look at the work allocation and ensure fair distribution of work amongst the team members

- Support the team members in resolving any queries they have around their processes / adhoc requests

- Ensure adequate cross training resulting in no key man dependency

- Maintain, update and review the SOPs on regular basis

- Manage people and their related issues like training, development and growth in the Organisation

Skills /Experience required:

- Graduate: BCom or MCom or MBA-Finance, (Not CAs or ICWAs)

- Atleast 4 to 6 years of experience

- Purely MIS profile, Accounting experience not a must.

- Team Management profile (to manage a team of 4), so good team management skills.

- Excellent Communication skills (profile requires to interact with UK stakeholders on a regular basis)

- Good Influencing skills

- Good to have: Peoplesoft skills, Business Objects skills

- Good Excel skills, MI skills, Excel Macro skills

- Should be able to join within 1 to 2 months

Note:

- UK shift (12-9 pm / 1-10 pm IST)

- Transport facilities - central pick up and drop from Kanjurmarg and Andheri stations. Home drops for shifts ending 9 pm IST onwards
