AM - Chartered Accountant - Retail/FMCG/Healthcare

Job Description:

- Accounting and reporting – Oversight of day to day accounting, design and generation of periodic MIS reports, monthly reporting to global office or to Promoters/ CEO

- Commercial – Involvement in vendor negotiations, product profitability, dealing with product pricing, establish contracts with customers

- Business Process Improvement – Cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures, Product and customer rationalization, ERP implementation, drafting Standard Operating Procedures/ Process flows

- Operational Support – Managing routine compliances, recruitment of a professional finance team, inputting on performance management for employees, IFRS assistance and GST preparation

- Business Plans/Fund Raising – Development of business plans, budgets and forecasts, scenario planning, Benchmarking of key parameters with peer companies, raising bank funds/restructuring existing loans, due diligence, private equity funding, MIS systems/analysis

- Deal Assistance – Preparation to face the due diligence by Big4/ large law firm, liaise with potential targets, collaborators, buyers, negotiations with vendors and suppliers, building valuation models

- The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant/ MBA with atleast 3 years of post qualification experience. Candidates with pure Consulting or only Big 4 experience will not be preferred. Candidates from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai or those willing to relocate to Bangalore preferred
