Assistant manager- Channel accounting

Opening with one of the leading telecom operator.

Job Description-

- Monitoring of Commercial Financial processes related to Channel partners

- Preparation of Activation and Non Activation Claim for Prepaid and Postpaid business.

- Settlement of Claims with No dues from Channel Partner.

- Financial validation for promotional Scheme Payouts

- Validation of monthly GAC and Provision.

- Scheme effective analysis.

- Responsible for daily commercial/financial operations touching Channel partner.

- Ensure to activate Recharge Coupen timely.

- Reconciliation of Accounts and monthly balance confirmation with Channel Partners.

- AR (Account Receivable) and GL (General ledger) Reconciliation monthly.

- UTIBA Vs GL Reconciliation, IN Vs GL Reconciliation.

- Bank Reconciliation of Prepaid collection account.

- Ensure to make correct revenue booking of Primary Sales.

- Preparation of Audit and Corporate Schedules.

- Co-ordination with Zones and execute zone Operation

- Checking of Distributors Agreements and other documents for business assosiates.

- Full and final settlement of Channel partners

- Configurations of New Product in Invoicing module and AR module

- RCV and SIM Dispatch analysis, Product Analysis and Daily Sales MIS.

Qualification- Person should be MBA(Finance) or CA.
