AM - Business Planning

Responsibilities :

- Develop a rigorous annual budget and rolling forecast for the business

- Preparation of quarterly and monthly financial reports, industry/peer group comparisons and other project reports as requested by management

- Build financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying, and backing up data

- Identify and track key performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes for variance

- Define financial situation by completing quantitative analyses, necessary MIS, dashboards and profitability reports

- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in business planning preferably with a young company. Candidates from reputed institutes with keen business acumen and intellectual curiosity will be considered.

- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and manage relationships

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
