Our 7500 + user base is across young professionals and B2B clients. We launched in Dec 2009. Our team of 25+ is drawn from across India; we’re closely bonded with a focus on both fun and work!
You're looking for a change and this time around you want to have more direct responsibility and ownership for your work.
The job:
We are working to set an industry standard for finance education. A senior IIM alumni startup, we offer India's largest range of e-learning and certifications in Banking & Financial Services (BFS). We reached total (capex+opex) profitabality in just under 20 months. We have marquee relationships: co-branding with the NSE for 3 certifications and a unique, first-time Content Partnership with Infosys’ Finacle – the core banking platform used by over 140 banks across 73 countries.
Business Development is key: it includes B2C and B2B, both online and offline. You will be part of a young and energetic team that manages sales channels/partnerships of different sizes and shapes. You will brainstorm to find economical (we are a start up!) and intelligent ways to reach out to a large and diverse target universe (estimated size of ~ USD 1 billion). You’ll also constantly research the market to figure out business opportunities.
Add to that a young startup atmosphere, where you will also experience a range of activities - working on new products, retail events, capital raising... based out of the beautiful environs of Mysore.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Who you are:
An MBA from a reputed institution (Top 50) who has/is
- 1-3 years’ total experience in Customer facing/Sales/Business Development roles, with at least 1 year in BFS (not Insurance)
- A keen interest in education.
- Energetic, and target driven
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty or stretch to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated with an urge to take on greater responsibility
- Good communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
