AM/AVP/VP - Intercompany Controller

We are having an urgent opening fr Intercompany Controller position for AM, AVP and VP role.

Job Profile:

- Working knowledge of intercompany reporting

- Strong accounting and product knowledge.

- Customer focused – consistently meets internal client needs within constraints of time, resources and budget

- Clear understanding of impact of accounting transactions on financial statements

- Consistently delivers against targets

- Inter-company accounting, Inter-co cash settlements, identification and preparation of material balances and prepare plan for monthly action as well as performance report.

- Preparation of Debit Note, Credit Note, Invoices and cash settlement.

- Calculation of cross border interest and preparing /posting the journals in people soft,

- Interco re-pointing of subsidiary balances with other entities to parent reporting entity and also at BU level.

- Preparing of Inter-company Breaks reports and communicating with different users and clearing on time.

- Preparation of financial statements and providing commentary if required.

- Month end accounting and management reporting;

- Preparing reconciliations and producing various analysis reports for auditor’s queries.

- Preparing routine Fund Position MIS.

- Internal Breaks Reporting & Management – Intercompany accounting, settlements, identification and clearance of inter-company breaks on a monthly basis;
