Analyst ( Asst manager ) - The PMO Analyst is required to:
- Be a subject matter expert in the PMO field
- Run the PMO processes and cycles – ensuring all project documentation and reporting is submitted on time and to the required quality.
- Understanding of project governance requirements including key project roles such as Project Sponsor and Accountable Executive
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including strong PowerPoint, Excel and Project skills, in order to e.g. extract, manipulate and report programme / project financial and narrative information
Education : Graduate level or significant international experience in similar roles
Experience:
- Experience of working on business change projects/programmes including PMO subject matter expertise
- Proven experience of Project Planning, RAID Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Dependency Management and Reporting
AVP / VP:
Chnage Mgt function - types of change will include:
- SAP general ledger upgrade and rationalisation
- Finance Data Warehouse and Reporting
- Systems to Ledger Interfaces
- Finance business processes
- Controls
The Change Manager will liaise with the internal business customers and technical build teams to:
- Be the business change lead for change projects impacting the company
- Accountable for the delivery of assigned projects to agreed time, cost and quality
- Develop and communicate the business side project plans required to execute the change
- Follow agreed Project Management and Programme Office reporting principles
- Lead the design of the future state processes for assigned projects
- Support technical build by being the single point of contact between business and technology for assigned projects
- Lead the development and implementation of business processes
- Lead user testing of assigned projects, ensuring availability of operations team and management of quality criteria
Essential:
- Full project lifecycle processes
- Business analysis techniques
- Project methodology qualification (such as Prince 2 or Project Management Institute)
- Systems analysis and design experience.
- Experience (at least two cycles) of large scale systems and process change
- Process modelling experience (intermediate - advanced)
- Test management experience (intermediate)
