Opening with a Leading Multinational Management Consulting Firm for a role in Analytics hiring.

Role:

Acts as thought partner for Proprietary Data and Analytics line managers & stakeholders on all talent acquisition and HR matters

Location - Gurgaon

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Completed university degree and 4-5+ years of relevant professional experience with experience in Analytics recruiting and general HR in India

- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels and to effectively manage communication and interactions at senior levels of the organization

- Excellent communication skills in English, as well as coordination skills

- Persuasiveness, assertiveness and results-orientation, Initiative and creativity

- Absolute integrity and discretion

- Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work under pressure

- Decision-making and team building skills
