Key Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for handling overall sales strategies and activities for the projects marketed by ALYF.

- Should drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate sales ecosystem. This includes formulating & executing the overall sales plan, hiring and engaging with the team directly to drive sales targets.

- Identifying and networking with prospective customers, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth with help of a team.

- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.

- Develop the complete sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.

- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.

- Overlooking pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing plans for attendees.

- Develop sponsorship opportunities, generating leads, concept selling and analyze results. Provide strategic leadership by suggesting improvements, alternatives and upgrades.

- To lead the sales team and effectively coordinate, coach, motivate them to bring out the potential of the team members.

- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.

- Develop & grow a relationship with channel partners to aid in generating opportunities.

- Work closely with the management to scale up growth as per the designed plan.

- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.

- Create an action plan to seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

- Forecast monthly/quarterly / annual revenues in coordination with BD/Design/Project teams and ensure they are met.

- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.

Required Skill Sets:

- IIT/IIM/ISB having overall 8 - 10 years of experience in real estate, FMCG or Financial Sector

- Should have experience of managing a field sales team and lead the team to achieve the set targets

- Should have excellent leadership & People management skills

- Should be very aggressive and target oriented

- Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrate success in developing new business and increasing existing business
