To lead Altudo future success, we seek to hire a Vice President - Marketing to help set and adjust the strategic direction of the function & associated marketing programs (positioning, messaging, analyst relationships, digital marketing, customer acquisition/retention, content, social media, SEO, and all customer/partner marketing). This position reports to the CEO and is accountable for achieving company objectives with regards to revenue & customer acquisition. It requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal and external business stakeholders to drive incremental sales, customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a strong balance of project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem solving with the ability to influence and introduce innovative and impacting marketing programs. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where you will be responsible for the Marketing function and will have autonomy in conducting business operations under the overall vision of the organization. Responsibilities - - Identify marketing strategies and compelling campaigns to accelerate revenue growth, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention rates. - Develop KPIs and marketing reports for the executive team based on annual marketing objectives that demonstrate contribution to new and add-on revenue goals. - Lead campaigns for demand generation that leads to over 1500 MQL's over a year. - Management of all inbound & outbound digital demand generation channels such as email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars social & account-based marketing (ABM) - Evaluating, selecting & implementing platforms for marketing campaigns and measuring results to ensure 10% conversion of MQL to SAL. - Identify best practices to optimize messaging and content to maximize campaign effectiveness and share key insights. - Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies. - Execute digital strategies & tactics to drive web traffic, content conversion & brand awareness. - Monitor CRM/MA trends and innovations across all industries including competitors to identify business opportunities. - Lead our social media strategy and expand social media presence by identifying new channels and opportunities. - Collaborate with solution & sales teams to provide input to the service offering roadmap in order to take advantage of market opportunities. - Lead, manage and develop direct reports and create an inspiring environment that results in improved productivity, team collaboration, creativity, and results. - Create and manage quarterly and annual budgets along with headcount requirements working closely finance. - Leverage third party channels and data to implement online and offline programs to broaden reach and grow our customer and prospect databases. Job Requirements - - Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity with an overall industry experience of 8-12 years as a global marketing executive with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, re-targeting and analytics. - 5 years of B2B demand generation experience. - Very strong content marketing experience - Experience with email marketing, social media online media, paid search, direct mail, webinars, or other demand generation channel. Should have a strong digital marketing background. The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it. - Should be an active contributor on social media channels. - Experience of working on sales automation (SFDC) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo etc.) - Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetris, other) a plus.
