VP Delivery at Altudo will be responsible for service delivery across 3 countries of CMS, ecommerce, cloud and mobile solutions with a team of over 275 people, driving customer satisfaction and building capabilities to take to market. At Altudo, we create customer experience solutions. We deliver 1-to-1 experiences across channels driven by data, experience design and marketing technology. We work across the marketing tech eco-system including CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, Community, Social Media, Cognitive Computing, AI, eCommerce and analytics. Our depth in marketing tech has allowed us to significantly grow our customer base - which today includes over 20 organizations with $1 Bn in revenue including Fortune 500 companies amongst a base of other well-known brands.
You shall lead a world -class delivery team that provides leading edge capability to Altudo and its customers; thereby growing the existing set of customers and acquiring new customers. You will be a leader in the organization and participate in the strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities :
Client Engagement :
- Identify engagement expansion / revenue opportunities within an account and develop long term relationships.
- Manage client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback etc).
- Understanding and thoughtfully managing risks. Decisions must be made regarding acceptable and unacceptable risks for each engagement.
Delivery management :
- Proven track record in project execution, managing multiple web based projects or CMS projects.
- Should have program managed a portfolio of projects/accounts in last 3 years.
- Should have successfully managed a portfolio of minimum 300-500 people spread across in different locations.
- Should have exp in setting up scalable processes around delivery and business excellence.
- Consultative selling approach, ability to build and manage relationships at all levels and negotiates client contracts.
- Onsite working experience preferable US will be an added advantage.
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Strong mentor ship skills
- Should have experience in developing progressive recruitment, induction, career growth plan, ongoing training & research systems, to ensure high quality capabilities in the team & retention.
- Exceptionally strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications :
- B.Tech from Tier 1 & 2 colleges. MBA is an advantage
