Job Description :

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the ecommerce practice and working with the ecommerce leader to implement practice's vision, services, solutions and competencies in line with current & future market needs. You shall be responsible for delivery of class- leading solutions and services in a client consulting environment.

You will work directly with CMO & CIO client stakeholders to define their digital journey and facilitate platform selection engagements for their digital marketing eco-system.

Responsibility :

- Create value proposition for Go-to-Market strategy, develop offerings, solutions and capabilities - to create differentiating position for company in the market.

- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners and vendors.

- Lead workshops, clients meetings and RFP's, manage sales pipeline from opportunity to closure/delivery and participate in proposal development, commercial and contract negotiations.

- Manage Presales - solutioning - sales enablement responsibilities for practice.

- Build and nurture a talented pool of specialists in practice - as a people manager.

- Establish connects with industry stake holders and manage analyst relationships.

- Evangelize our work and serve as a thought leader.

Job Requirements :

- A seasoned professional with 9-14 years of industry experience with a spread of 5+ years of web development experience with emphasis on e-commerce platform implementations.

- Experience in Architecting global, large-scale eCommerce solutions.

- Deep commerce expertise in multiple enterprise commerce platforms like Hybris, Demandware or Magento.

- Ecommerce implementation experience

- Experience driving growth of an ecommerce practice either as a leader or part of the team

- Should have had impact on revenue.
