Director/ Senior Director Sales
Be part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that has grown by over 50% in last 2 years and is forecasting growth of 50% year on year in the next 2 years. At Altudo, we've taken an ambitious journey to productize a services business.
This opportunity is for that high achieving individual who will be responsible for the next phase of Altudo's growth by driving business and strategic account growth. He/She will run a Hi-potential sales team that resells over 2/3 unicorn SAAS products (and counting) and close to 300 customers. The team is growing at 100% year-over-year and is expected to have the same growth in the next two years. You will be running a business that is in the business of sales!
Core responsibilities:
- Drive account acquisition by leading an acquisition team with cutting edge go-to market strategies.
- Define and execute the strategic vision and plan to expand and develop SimilarWeb's business.
- Oversee GTM roll-out of new products .
- Define and execute the strategic vision and plan to expand and develop business by wining new logos.
- Manage relationship with partner HQs bulid high quality pipeline with proper qualification (MEDDICC).
- Conducting weekly forecast meetings, deal review, 1:1 mentoring direct report on strategies to drive closure by intimately involved in deals.
- Identifying ways to innovate our sales model (demos, inbound, outbound), including product demonstrations, automation of manual tasks, and implementing change with marketing & product team.
- Consistently supervising sales efficiency by building dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data through win loss analysis.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of full funnel go to market experience.
- Proven successful SaaS sales management experience; must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to CMO's.
- Proven expertise in selling to marketers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Proven ability to meet $1 mn+ quota.
- Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies.
- Good to have knowledge of ISMS.
- Experience building high performance teams and working with partners and distributors.
- Understanding of the CX and martech platforms
- Proven successful B2B SaaS sales management experience.
