This opportunity is tailored for a high-achieving individual who will play a pivotal role in driving Altudo's next phase of growth by spearheading business development and strategic account expansion. Our team is experiencing rapid growth, with a 100% year-over-year increase, and we anticipate maintaining this momentum for the next two years.

As an Enterprise Seller, you will produce new business sales revenue for Altudo. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

The compensation will be fixed base + Variable.

Core responsibilities:

- Spearheading new business acquisition by implementing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies for a variety of products and services.

- Crafting and executing a strategic vision and plan to expand and cultivate the business by securing new clients.

- Nurturing relationships with partner HQs and constructing a high-quality pipeline with thorough qualification (MEDDICC).

- Leading weekly forecast meetings, conducting deal reviews, and providing one-on-one guidance to direct reports on strategies to facilitate deal closures through active involvement in the sales process.

- Delivering comprehensive reports on the financial health of the business to senior sales management.

- Identifying opportunities to innovate the sales model, such as conducting product demonstrations, automating manual tasks, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to implement changes.

- Ensuring consistent supervision of sales efficiency by creating dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data through win-loss analysis

Requirements :

- Understanding of the CX and martech platforms

- Proven successful B2B SaaS sales management experience

- Proven expertise in selling to communities like marketing and products/Services

- Strong experience and ability to define GTM for the products and services.

- Proven ability to meet $1 mn+ quota and track record for closing large size deal.

- Experience building high performance teams and working with partners and distributors.

- Must be analytical and results orientated through all stages of the sales cycle, Passionate about training early career reps, with a consistent record of building a great working environment.
