Altor, at its heart, is a small closely-knit family that acts diligently on its intentions to build an organization of the future.   Where does this role fit into Altor-   - The incumbent of the role will be responsible for overseeing and executing mandates end-to-end (from strategizing to closure) and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction in the Insurance business.   - The role holder will represent Altor to the external world, and will build strong relationships with our external stakeholders on our behalf, including clients. The role holder will primarily work on and report to the Lead Consultant of a defined practice area within Altor, thereby gaining specialization in the same over a time period.   Key Responsibilities :   1. Stakeholder management   - Leverage expertise to meaningfully and extensively engage with CEOs / Business Heads of private wealth businesses in a sustained manner   - Deepen existing relationships, both with clients and candidates   - Conduct intelligent search of the market to hire the best candidate for each role within the private wealth space   - Facilitate the informed career movements   - Advise professionals on career choices based on an in-depth understanding of their professional and personal aspirations.   2. Cultivate comprehensive and incisive domain expertise   - Develop an in-depth command and understanding over the market trends in private wealth space and of the industry at a macro level   - Harness knowledge to derive prudent insights   - Showcase strong understanding of the space through market reports, participation in industry forums   3. Contribute towards building the Altor of tomorrow   - Embrace the institution-building exercise in Altor by actively participating/supporting in the internal projects   - Collaborate with peers to deliver timely excellent quality results   The candidate should be (MUST HAVES):   - 2+ years of rich sales experience, preferably in Banking sector, strong relationship skills   - An excellent learner - curious and agile   - Strong business orientation   - Solution oriented   - An excellent communicator, on paper and in person   - A humble and sincere person   - Open to feedback from juniors, peers, and seniors   - Straightforward and candid   - A mature and thoughtful individual, with superior logical and reasoning abilities   - Data and process orientated   - A good people person   Salary Offered : 6-12 LPA
