On offer is the chance work with some of the finest professionals in the executive search industry, opportunity to network with industry leaders and a fun filled and a highly rewarding (intellectually and financially) career   If you are someone who is entrepreneurial, is hard working, intellectually curious and have good problem solving ability and people skills, we will be happy to talk to you.   Role Contours : Principal Consultant / Director (8 -12 years)   - A highly entrepreneurial role, the key responsibility will be to manage P&L for one or more practice areas for the company.   - As part of the leadership team work towards firm development Initiatives and establish best practices.   - Establishing Altor's leadership in the executive search market in your practice area.   - Advise clients on people search strategy for CXO level roles and execute the same   - Networking and relationship building with industry leaders (Board members, CEOs and CXOs)   - Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) on Indian landscape in your practice area. (e-g - Corporate banking, Investment Banking)   - Work with clients on organisation structure bench-marking and compensation bench-marking studies.   - Contribute to the knowledge pool of the organization by regular industry research   - Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)   - New client acquisition in the respective practices and deepening of existing client relationships.   - Establishing thought leadership in the industry by writing research reports, articles and by participating and speaking in conferences and media.   - Manage and mentor a large team of consultants and analysts   You are/ have :   - An MBA from a leading B school   - Rich experience in Financial Services/ Executive Search industry   - Sharp business acumen along high degree of analytical skills   - An ability to make sense out of chaos   - Entrepreneurial   - Structured, Systematic and disciplined   - A self starter and require minimal guidance.  - Great People/ Relationship Management skills   - Hard working and diligent (do not mind putting in long hours when needed)
