- The firm's founders are IIT-IIM alumni, with a decade of experience in commodities trading on Wall Street and London with leading investment banks. The firm is an extremely close-knit team with a very open culture.

- As part of our efforts to further develop our coverage and capabilities, we are looking out for a bright Trading Operations Analyst to assist with our algorithmic trading operations.

Role :

We are seeking candidates who can join our algorithmic trade execution desk to assist with various trade, risk and backoffice functions. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow rapidly by working closely with a cutting-edge algorithmic prop trading team.

Responsibilities :

- Supporting trade execution processes for trading on global markets across futures and options on asset classes like equities, bonds, currencies and commodities

- Monitoring production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly responding to unusual behaviors or market conditions.

- Liaising with broker and data vendors for immediate troubleshooting or information seeking for process improvements

- Preparing daily risk and P/L reports by using existing automation tools

- Programming tasks to automate various back office and risk processes

- Analyzing production trades and coming up with new ideas

Skills Required :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

- Basic programming skills in any programming language

- Expertise in MS Excel

- Flexibility to adjust schedule to market timings (including night shift)

- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading

- Proactive, self-driven and eager to learn and grow with the team

Experience : 1-5 years work experience
