Altitude Trading DMCC is a proprietary trading firm based out of Dubai. The firm employs a variety of trading strategies based on years of quantitative, statistical and fundamental research.

The firm's founders are IIT-IIM alumni, with a decade of experience in commodities trading on Wall Street and London with leading investment banks. The firm is an extremely close-knit team with a very open culture.

Role :

We are seeking candidates with experience working either as PMs or Sub-PMs at quantitative trading desks with intimate knowledge of quantitative trading strategies, to work directly with the firm's Head Quant PM. Looking for experience with any style on any exchange traded market to build and diversify the firm's quant portfolio.

Responsibilities :

- Develop quantitative trading strategies that exploit short term statistical market inefficiencies on a broad variety of asset classes including global futures, equities, currencies, and fixed income

- Advance existing research initiatives and explore new avenues for quantitative research

Skills Required :

- 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying mid-frequency quant trading strategies

- Ability to rapidly research and deploy new trading ideas and alphas on diverse datasets

- Exceptional programming skills on C++/Java/C# and data analysis skills on R/Python

- Proactive and self-driven with a mathematical bent of mind

- Good communication skills: Comfortable with explaining complicated models to a team.
