We are looking for experienced Team Leader, Complaint Handling and Customer Advocacy to manage complaint summaries transmitted to clients and documenting process changes and communication with multiple departments. WHAT YOU GET TO DO : - Update complaint logs to assigned clients in a timely manner - Review violation of law, policy, client policy and customer mistreatment - To be the main contact for the customer in handling a question or problem, to keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving the issue - Facilitation of complaint resolution by communicating with appropriate business units - Preparation of monthly departmental reporting deck WHAT ABOUT YOU?
