Valuation is responsible for providing accurate property valuations achieved through purchase of a price opinion from licensed broker or appraiser, application of the quality controls checks and assignment of values.  This position will report to Director, Default Valuation Services. The Senior Business Operations Manager will support the director in financial planning, implementing growth initiatives and business planning activities.  Responsibilities: (Manage the following for the AVA function)  Data analytics  - Project Management activities  - Implementing process improvement plans and process re-engineering activities   Client Management  - Ensuring adherence to client SLAs and improving Compliance Performance  - Periodical business reporting to Management  - Ensuring adherence to all applicable US state and federal laws or regulations with respect to valuation  Key Result Areas:   - Achievement of client SLAs  - Meet the profitability targets as defined in budget  - Knowledge Management activities like process documentation and change control  - Staff Optimization & productivity improvement  Qualification/Experience:   - Engineering graduate from a reputed institution (IIT graduates preferred)  - Management degree from a reputed institution will be an added advantage (Preferably IIMs)  - 5 to 8 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 years in client facing or supervisory role  - Familiarity with the US Mortgage industry will be an advantage  Skills:  - Client management skills  - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills  - Excellent presentation and documentation skills  - Problem solving ability
