Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
- Formulate the talent acquisition and retention strategy for the organization
- Strategize and implement the recruitment initiatives of the organization
- Lend direction towards initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility in niche talent pools
- Assist in campus recruiting initiatives at Top B-Schools [IIMs, DSE, FMS]
- Supervise the recruitment process end-to-end in tandem with team spanning BPO, Analytics and Finance Business Units
- Facilitate continuous process improvements
- Meet challenging recruiting targets across levels consistently within SLAs
- Partner actively with hiring managers globally
- MIS and report generation
- Spearhead recruiting for senior management positions
Key Result Areas:
- Hire within the set Service Level Agreement and achieve the target sigma level for recruiting.
- Hire through the most cost-effective sources and reduce recruiting costs.
- Increase applicant to hire ratio to ensure that the best candidate is hired.
- Assist employees and Management in correct interpretation and understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting within deadline.
- Ensures deliverables are met within the timeline on the strategic plan
Required Qualification:
- 8-12 years of experience in Recruiting and talent sourcing
- Financial / analytics recruiting a plus
- Analytical skills and exposure to behavioral / case interviewing
- Exposure to campus recruiting preferred
- MBA with specialization in HR preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
- Drive and Resilience in meeting challenging SLAs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to handle stress, possess situational fluency and multi-task in a fast paced environment
