Job Title: Practice Manager Shift Mid (2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) Department/Function: Settlement Services - Refinance Position Type: Permanent Location: Navi Mumbai Position reports to: Business Operations Manager Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Work on business unit or enterprise level initiatives on process improvements or redesigning of current processes using different techniques while coordinating with multiple cross-functional project teams - Work on the strategic projects in the likes of process or system integration, technology partnership with vendors etc. - Ideate & execute process automation initiatives & set-up/modify reporting to measure the impact - Project manage launch of new products and operational readiness in new markets - Establish timelines, milestones, and a formal program management process to ensure deliver against business objectives - Manage analytics and reporting requirements of the business unit - Define process and system requirements in detail to improve efficiency and quality - Communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams to manage business pipeline and measure progress and milestones - Support Senior leadership team in business development projects Qualifications: - Engineering degree with a strong academic record - MBA from IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, XLRI, TISS & ISB - 2-4 years in a similar role - Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Strong in Analytics - Ability to work with people to gather information and good at formal / structured presentations - Comfort with technology and process design - Strong leadership ability - Ability to work across businesses, geographies and hierarchies to drive initiatives and
