Altisource Asset Management Corporation (“AAMC”) is a new public company that will provide asset management and corporate governance services to, among others, Altisource Residential Corporation (“Residential”), a public REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) that plans to become one of the largest national renters of single-family homes by purchasing sub-performing and non-performing loans (“NPLs”) and Real Estate Owned (REO) Properties and converting them to single-family rental assets in the United States. The ongoing weakness in the housing market provides an opportunity for Residential, utilizing the services of AAMC, to purchase NPLs and REO Properties at a significant discount to the underlying value.

The role of the Manager with AAMC will focus on ensuring proper controls, procedures and accounting mainly over related party vendors who are responsible for servicing the NPLs and maintenance of the REO properties.

This position requires close coordination with the Chief Finance Officer, Director of Accounting, Portfolio management team and with Related Party vendors.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the management of key strategic vendors relationships

- Perform high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis of services performed on behalf of Altisource Residential Corporation and / or Altisource Asset Management Corporation.

- Identify early trends and opportunities to improve the quality of service received

- Early identification of problems and issues with timely resolution.

- Assist with development and implementation of continuous improvement plans for service provider/vendor services and report on their achievement.

- Drive compliance and quality management through contract/compliance audits and remediation plans.

- Escalate issues and determine appropriate actions to ensure performance issues and contractual disputes are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

- Review of Loan Account Activities

- Preparation of schedules with respect to loan activities

- SOX, internal audit and other compliance.

- Assist tax team with tax reporting

- Assist in internal audit process and implement accounting controls as directed

- Other ad hoc staff accounting duties as time permits

- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making

- Strong communications, interpersonal, presentation, organizational skills

- Proficient in the development and use of scorecards to evaluate results according to service level agreements and related performance metrics/measurements
