Altisource - Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst is a member of the Compliance department. The analyst will provide research and analysis support to the Compliance Analyst team and will work with other analysts and the team lead to support corporate and business unit specific compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

- Support complex legal and compliance projects on tight deadlines

- Manage project expectations and proactively communicate delays and issues to team lead

- Support legal and compliance projects including transaction due diligence, customer due diligence requests, regulatory exams and audits and CFPB preparedness

- Attend regular status meetings on project status

- Assist in preparing and conducting informal and formal presentations

Key Results Areas:

- Develop working relationships with Compliance Managers in each business unit

- Contribute to success of project team in meeting deliverables on time and within budget

Qualifications and Experience:

- Four year degree from an accredited college or university is required

- 3-5 years of experience in project management, compliance support or consulting

- Six Sigma certification is desirable

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable

- Experience working on complex, large-scale projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances

- Experience working effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
