- Mumbai based candidates only, this position is not open for outstation candidates, only for Mumbai suburbs ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Incentive Compensation Planning, Designing and Documentation in line with Company guidelines - Partner with Business Operations to create plans as per business requirement - Conduct quality assessments of Incentive Compensation policies for the leadership team to analyze its efficiency and effectiveness - Propose modifications and improvements to the Compensation Policies and their incentive determination procedures as per the research and analysis results and recommendations REQUIRED SKILLS : - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management. - Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and deliver - Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - MBA Degree - 1-2 years of project handling experience
