Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal consultant on hiring various positions for the company.
- Work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain/update existing HR policies and procedures
- Understands business issues that underlay HR needs
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine appropriate reasons for exit
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Taking initiatives for employee engagement programmes
Qualification :
- MBA or PGDBM with specialization in HR with minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of various Recruitment sources
- Recruitment experience in financial services domain will be preferable
- Experience from Executive Search firms is also preferred.
- Strategic and tactical skills of developing competitive HR strategy and policy formulation
