The role of an Associate - Finance is broadly classified into two functions, support the team on deal transactions and Supervise the finance and accounts team of the company.  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  IB Role  - Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables and transaction comparables to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives  - Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transaction  - Conduct due diligence on companies across a variety of industries.  - Research and create - pitchbooks- for prospective clients seeking sell-side or buy-side representations, including the aggregation of relevant industry information and competitive analyses  Finance Role  - Monitoring of Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end Financial Statements  - Supervising Income Tax matters of the company, filing of Service Tax returns and Professional Tax of the Company  - Supervising day to day transaction and activities of Finance Department   JOB REQUIREMENT  - Qualified Chartered Accountant Only   - Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis  - Ability to analyze and opine on investment opportunities thoroughly with tight time constraints  - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to express findings and opinions to senior management and team members  - Willingness to perform beyond direct job mandate  THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS JOB  At AltFort Capital, you will benefit with networking opportunities, while handling real responsibilities throughout your tenure.
