AltFort Capital Advisors - BD/Origination/Sourcing Deals - Investment Banking

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Originating, Sourcing deals across sectors in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance (Debt/Private Equity and M&A)

- Meeting clients and pitching services offered by the firm

- Build a strong understanding of the client organization and the sector in which the client operates

- To lead the execution process of potential transactions by building models, conducting due diligence, preparing presentations and communicating/coordinating with deal teams

Job Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years to 12 years of client facing experience with Masters Degree from a top tier business school

- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis

- Ability to analyze and opine on investment opportunities

- Passion and drive to perform
