Alshayas stores can be found in markets across the Middle East and North Africa, Russia, Turkey and Europe and the company employs more than 65,000 people from over 121 nationalities Role Description : - A dynamic and energetic leader who would be a part of the India Leadership Team and would be accountable for driving best-class practices across all functions in Alshaya India ( IT/ Finance/ CRM &amp; Digital - The candidate should have strong interpersonal effectiveness, influencing skills and should have a track record of excellence in working with off-shore delivery teams. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of Process management (LEAN/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen), Program office, Transition management.This role will also be accountable to drive Robotic Process Automation Initiatives and helping build a Centre of Excellence in key functional areas. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to : - Establish Business Process Management System (BPMS) for transitioned processes and the functions at Alshaya India - Implement a - Program Office which would provide strong visibility to the India program to senior management in Head Office. This would include Project Status tracking across program for IT &amp; Finance as well as other India centric enabling services like IT, HR, Administration &amp; Facilities. - Drive program through structured reviews and other governance forums by working closely with all stakeholder groups - Drive transition and migration management best practices, rigor and process discipline across program - Institute Six Sigma and LEAN in areas where opportunity exists - Develop Dashboards and&nbsp; Steering Wheel metrics management system - Develop, train and up-skill other team members and create a culture of - Continuous Improvement- and - Innovation- - Collaborate between functions to drive process improvement, add value and drive - cost-out- in business - Drive knowledge management best practices - Work closely to ensure RPA initiatives fulfilment Skills : - Strong and proven track record of process improvement with skills in Six Sigma, LEAN and other IT Certifications standards - Ability to drive change and continuous improvement; strong communication and facilitation skills - Strong Analytical Skills - Strong IT skills - Strong understanding of Process Automation and RPA domain - Influencing skills and strong - result orientation- - Strong Project Management
