Quant Trader - US Markets (US Timings) - IIT/NIT/DCE/BITS As a Trader, the person will continue to be responsible for developing a profitable trading strategy, including trading decisions and execution. Specifically, the trader will develop, analyze, and implement new financial strategies and models, combining efforts with other traders to develop large-scale arbitrage opportunities in both futures and equities markets. He/She will engage in the development of arbitrage strategies in equity instruments and structured products. The trader will develop financial models to maximize profitable opportunities, employing sophisticated automation and programming techniques to optimize profits. He/She will analyze market information to design, develop, and adjust strategies based on market conditions. Lastly, the trader will ensure compliance with all applicable trading rules and regulations. The Trader must have at least a bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) in mathematics, financial mathematics, engineering, or a related field. This level of education is necessary to enable the Trader to perform the highly specialized and complex tasks that are required in order to effectively perform the job duties required for the position. A person who has not received this level of formal education and experience would be unable to perform the job duties for the position Trader.
