Regional Sales Manager
Key Roles :
- The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the assigned sales targets of the Install division.
- Design and manage end to end AV solutions sales efforts of the allotted portfolio of brands
- Regular reporting on forecasting, results and research.
- Regular certification on industry specific tools and technologies.
- Coordinate seamlessly between the presales, application teams, SIs and distributors.
- Carry out training programs for distributors on an ongoing basis as per need assessment
Requirements :
- Education qualification: Degree in B. Tec/ MBA/PGDM in business, marketing or any related filed.
- Qualification: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales, preferred in Audio video AV/enterprise sales/ telecom/ electronics & communication industry. Hands on experience in install sales, lead conversation, and training & development.
