Online Sales Manager

- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business channel through various initiatives.

- Managing and executing promotional campaigns by supporting the company to enhance sales performance and create high level of customer interaction through integrated eCommerce strategy.

- In charge of the general planning, marketing, promotion, customer relations and other systematic operation of online activities, draw and implement operation and channel expansion plan.

- Providing insights on customer shopping trends. Social networking and prospecting to generate sales leads and opportunities knowing about customer behaviour and their requirement and market trends.

- Apply analysis to measure ROI of key campaign, providing reporting on weekly/monthly sales.

- Create and execute a Product Strategy to deliver the specific metrics defined.

- Ensuring good customer service by delivering first-class online customer experience, addressing the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Responsible for the complete PL, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins.

- Drive pricing, merchandising, campaign strategies to accelerate e-commerce growth.

- Prepare strategies to increase existing and new businesses and identify appropriate portals for all projects and manage communication for all e-commerce status projects.

- Drive CRM, Email/SMS marketing and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth and retention. Drive ratings & reviews and referral.

- Prepare the annual online marketing budget in consultation with the management team

- Manage appropriate product promotions on all E-Commerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team.

- Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyse data and measure results

- Plan and monitor Amazon paid search marketing campaigns
