Job Description:
- Analysing customer journey and behavior
- Monitoring funnel movement
- Arresting funnel drop
- Developing communication strategies for funnel movement.
- Identifying channels of customer engagement
- Drive retention and revenue
Requirements:
- 2+ years; experience in a similar role.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software like web engage.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
