Job Description : - We are looking for young and energetic professionals who are confident of taking on new challenges, building scalable businesses and are seeking long term wealth creation. - As an Agri commodity trader the candidate will be able to choose a specific commodity and will then be responsible for managing all aspects of that. This will include - Running a book of INR 300-500cr of physical commodities every season, resulting into an annual turnover of INR 1000-2000cr - Driving profitability of the business and the allocation in the best risk adjusted manner - Managing procurement across India and overseas - Building a steady sales and distribution network to processors and other market participants across the value chain throughout the country - Managing and expanding relationships in the value chain overseas Skillset : Ideal candidate should : - Have 5- 8 years experience; is inclined towards trading and financial markets - Be eager to do a business front end role - Have good quality intellect with a Premier business school MBA, CA, CFA - Ideally be from a commodities background; but a good DNA person who is willing to learn and build skill sets is also welcome - Be comfortable in building sourcing and sales relationships across India and internationally - Have very high levels of ethics - Be a team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills What's on Offer: - Combination of fixed compensation and performance-linked bonuses as per market standards, and potential long-term wealth creation.
