Senior Relationship Manager International Client Relationship Group (Mumbai/UK/Switzerland/North America)

Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over USD 1.5 billion of AUM, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are passionate about finding alternative investment opportunities that can deliver superior risk-return characteristics. We provide investment solutions across Liquid Alternatives, Illiquid Alternatives, and Beta++ strategies.

Our team consists of ~200 people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global asset management platforms and financial institutions, with strong academic credentials at top universities.

We are looking to hire Senior Relationship Managers (10-15 years experience) for our global client relationships. Candidates will be based out of our Mumbai headquarters and is expected to travel extensively to their respective geographies. They will report to the CEO of our international business who is based out of Singapore.

The person shall be responsible for the following activities in target geography:

- Building coverage, creating, and managing relationships with institutional investors and large family offices

- Planning and executing activities to drive sales, increase AUM and market share

- Working closely with the CEO of international business and generating intelligence for the platform towards improving the existing products and launching new products/strategies

Desired Profile:

- Senior position in similar roles with existing relationships with institutional investors and large family offices

- Corporate Bankers/Placement Agents with excellent business development and relationship management skills can also be considered

All candidates should be:

- Team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills;

- Intellectually strong with high levels of energy;

- Passionate to be a part of building and creating a global quality and scale organization;

- Pleasant outgoing personality with a keen desire to build and nurture new relationships

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will have a significant element of performance-linked bonuses.

Location:

Mumbai. Specific candidates with relevant work experience and work permits in target geographies can also be considered.
