Junior Relationship Manager

Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over Rs 12,000 Crores of assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are passionate about finding alternative investment opportunities that can deliver superior risk-return characteristics. We operate across various alternative spaces like Commodities, Equities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit, Fixed Income and Quant. Our products span across various investment structures such as AIF, PMS, NBFC and FPI.

Our team consists of 150+ people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities.

Qualification & Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in capital raising, client relationship management, and financial advisory.

- CFA, CFP, or CA qualification is highly desirable.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in capital raising.

- Well-versed in client relationship management with a focus on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).

- Preferably holds a CFA, CFP, or CA qualification.

- Strong knowledge of taxation laws and financial regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Capital Raising:

- Utilize expertise in capital raising to identify and secure investment opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to attract and raise capital from potential clients.

- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and investor sentiment to inform capital-raising efforts.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).

- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions based on individual client needs.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored services.

3. Financial Qualifications:

- Leverage CFA, CFP, or CA qualifications to enhance financial advisory services.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate financial expertise into client interactions.

4. Taxation Knowledge:

- Demonstrate a robust understanding of taxation laws and implications.

5. Continuous Learning:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in finance, taxation, and investment opportunities.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Compensation:
